Whoa. Summer 2009.

Hello friends,

A lot has happened since our last posting! We have been all over New York and the country location scouting, casting, producing – creating – in the past few months. We’ve worked on photo shoots and film productions large and small. We’re building momentum here on the East Coast, so stay close for new and exciting adventures in the future.

Back in July we worked closely with A76 productions to execute a Campbell’s campaign. It was a privilege to work with the talented, and I must add, well-dressed, Andric. Check out the final shot below.

Doubling up as work and a quick vacation, Found Productions morphed into Found Locations. We left the Big Apple and headed to Colorado for a little R&R as well as location scouting for our friends at Land Rover. They needed a few windy mountain roads, which was the perfect excuse for an escape to the mountains.

And finally back in NYC we teamed up again with A76 Productions to shoot the first 3 episodes of Oliver Irving’s web series Life Is Just A Game. Oliver is an extremely talented writer/director. He and the main character, played by Mike Peace, flew in from England for the shoot. We were working on a very low budget in a short short period of time, but in the end, created a great product and made some amazing friends along the way.

Found Productions’ Friends and Family

Thanks to the recommendations of many of you, I finally made it to an Adhesive event! Last night we all braved the rain and enjoyed the climate and the company at the Frying Pan on the west side.  I met a handful of great contacts, and most importantly, cool people.

Check out Cecilia Marshall’s Art Produce blog HERE. I’m very excited to delve into her blog archives and read her thoughts and experience in our lovely industry.

Here are a few more talented photographers I’ve had the privilege of encountering:

Adam Cantor – I definitely recommend the “living room” series

David Paul Larson – Fashion, capital “F”

Marianne Rafter, – awesome portraits/headshots and lifestyle

Jeremy Harris – rock and roll and everything else. Plus another SF ex-pat.

Happy Wednesday ya’ll!

xx
